For over 10 years now, The Comedy Bar has made one of their homes here in Music City right on the top level of the Hard Rock Cafe. With no excuse to not go in, especially after a show at the Hard Rock, you will want to check out this venue if you are on Broadway Street. Ten years later, they must be doing something right at The Comedy Bar. Along with a show, you can find great food and drinks that pair perfectly with comedic acts from every corner of Nashville and the United States in general.
Nashville Improv

When you are on the hunt for more than just a comedy set, if you crave dramatics as a side dish to your laughter, Nashville Improv has the set up for you. Sporting events have absolutely nothing on the dramatics you will experience in this venue. Valentine’s Day and football season can only be made better by planning your date night around a show. Classes will even be available starting in the next year so head to Belmont Blvd and see what Nashville Improv has to offer. Trust us when we say, leave all expectations at the door, there’s no point in trying to figure out what will happen once you’re inside.
Zanies Comedy Club

Daily stand up comedy shows can be found year round at Zanies Comedy Club on 8th Avenue South in Nashville. If you want a show that is not just funny, but cell phone free, you can enjoy your evening without distraction at this comedic wonderland. When you walk in, every guest receives a lock device for their cell phone that can only be unlocked while in the lobby. This guarantees an evening full of laughs with no potential for that old 80’s ringtone playing out over someone’s punchline.
