Some might say that here in Nashville, we don’t think about anything except country music and Dolly Parton and that is only half true. While we are constantly embracing our heritage and the queen of it all, we do take multiple breaks to consider just what sounds good for a meal that day. If you’ve ever been here to the Nashville Bar Bike Blog (go ahead and say that three times fast) then you already know that one of our favorite topics is FOOD. We like to eat here in Nashville and take immense pride on the vast number of restaurants, eateries and even food trucks we are home to. The restaurant community is huge, varied and constantly growing to suit any and everyone’s needs. Being so invested in tourism as we are, we want those who decide to come around for a visit feel at home from the second they arrive. What better way to make an entire city feel like home than to be sure that every option is available?

Bonjour Bakery
★ 4.6
Even though more restaurants have taken to having a veggie burger on their menu, a visit to AVO is necessary for anyone trying to experience something more than a frozen patty made of random processed vegetables. Alongside an entirely Vegan set of options is a lentil-walnut patty version of the classic burgers we all love. Get your grub on and even order a drink, AVO has tons of options that all sound scrumptious. You can find AVO on City Ave but be sure to check the website for their new hours that vary depending on the day.
